ABOUT US   .....


St. Mary The Virgin (locally known as St. Marys)
​is a warm and welcoming Christian community of all ages.

The church is open on Saturdays 10.00am – Noon for prayers, reflection and a chance to look around the church. Tea and coffee is served.

We welcome families for Christenings within the service or
on 3rd Sunday at 12 noon.
The church is also available for weddings and funerals.

The Vicar is available on Saturday between 10:30am - 11:30am to arrange details for Christenings, weddings and funerals.

Outreach:
We support a variety of charities through our Bonus Ball project.
We support Hall Green Foodbank through out the year.
​In May we raise money for Christian Aid.
For Harvest any fresh food is sold off and money raised sent to Malawi. All non perishable items are given to the local Mother and baby unit and Foodbank.
We do a raffle during December to raise money for Christmas Shelter.
In December sending gifts to ToyLink and making up shoeboxes (give love in a box) for the Teams4U shoebox project.

St Mary The Virgin is on the Warwick Road (A41) as you leave Acocks Green towards Birmingham City Centre

You can park in St. Mary's Close and walk through the graveyard to the church entrance.
